SALES TERMS

Taxes:

• All sails except spinnakers, in Australia:
  We ship from Melbourne, and our Australia prices include all taxes applicable in Australia.
  
  
• Spinnakers, for Australia:
  We ship from Hong Kong, and the terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) , you are only responsible for taxes, duties and clearance fees. If the goods value (excluding shipping cost) is under A$ 1,000, you are exempted from import duties, fees and GST. If not, they will amount to approximately 24-25% of the goods value (the shipping cost is NOT taxable), and UPS will contact you to settle those.

• For international shipping (eg to NZ) the terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and the buyer is responsible for any taxes collected or levied by their local state, country, etc, as well as brokerage fees, etc. Again, Spinnakers ship out of Hong Kong, and all other sails from Melbourne, Australia.

Payment:
We accept payments via credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) with Paypal as our credit card processor (you do not need an account with them). We also take actual Paypal payments if you have an account.

We can accept bank transfer payment, by prior arrangement, into our US or European accounts.

Privacy and data security:
We use your personal data only as far as is necessary to process your transaction, or to inform you of product offers. We do not sell or communicate client data to other third parties. Ever.

Product shortages:
In the rare case of a stock outage (other than custom order products) , we will contact you with a probable ship date, and you have the right to cancel at any time before shipment without fees or penalties.
